We are writing to share some important news about AlexaMD
and what it means for your care going forward.
Effective October 1, 2026, AlexaMD will be hitting the pause
button. This will give us the opportunity to reset and come back better than
ever to serve you in 2027.
Between now and September 30, 2026, AlexaMD remains
available to you. We will continue to offer follow-up consultations, process
refill requests, and do everything we can to make sure your care is not
interrupted.
Most importantly, we are actively working to connect
you with a new physician who can pick up where we leave off, so you have
continuity of care without any gaps.
The following practices are options for you to transfer and
receive care.

What we need from you:
If you have upcoming needs — refills, follow-ups, questions
about your treatment plan — please reach out through our secure portal before
September 21st so we can take care of them together.
If you'd like your medical records transferred to your new
provider, let us know and we'll take care of that promptly.

It has been a privilege to be part of your care, and we don't take that
lightly. This pause is about coming back stronger and more present for my
patients — and we look forward to that day in 2027.
